A Folklory conversation is like a chat with an old friend. Someone who wants to hear what you have to say, takes the time to listen and asks questions you might not have thought about before, all whilst making you feel at ease.

Remotely, either over the phone or on the computer. All conversations are audio only, we find that video-off helps to make the guest more comfortable.

We’ve found that the best and most meaningful conversations arise when it’s just us and our guest. Our conversations are one-on-one, to ensure we create the most personal Folklory.

Our Folklorists hail from many backgrounds related to storytelling, from journalists, documentarians to teachers.

You can trust them to know the balance between listening, asking and guiding. Most of all, they’re humans too, they know how it feels to be heard.

Our team will handle the scheduling directly with each guest. We will also keep you updated on the journey of your Folklory from its creation to its delivery.

No, all you need is a computer/phone, stable internet connection and a quiet space.

Your Folklory cassette speaker will be mailed to the address you provide, together with an email link to a personal webpage that contains your digital Folklory.

Folklories are shipped out within 14 days of the date of recording.
